Welcome to the new and improved Public Utilities Commission, (PUC) Belize website. You can now browse our page where you will find pertinent information about the work of the Commission in regards to the various utility companies in Belize; as well as current projects and latest news coming from Belize’s autonomous Utility Regulator.
The PUC also issues licenses for communication services and permits for communication equipment being imported and/or used in Belize.
Feel free to utilize the Consumer Affairs Section, which is the link between the Regulator and the Utility Provider; where, after expending all the necessary resources of the management of any utility provider, you may contact for assistance and facilitation of your complaints.
