Q. Where do I file a complaint?
A. If you are complaining about a utility, we require that you
try to resolve the complaint by contacting the utility directly before
registering your complaint with us. If you are unable to resolve your
dispute with the utility, then you may file your complaint with us using
Mail, FAX, Phone, E-mail or fill out our on-line complaint form. You can
also download our complaint form from the Legal Documents section of our
site and use off line.

Name and utility you are complaining about
Name of representative of utility you contacted
Your utility account number (if applicable)
A brief description of your complaint

customer service department immediately at the telephone number printed
on the bill. If you are not satisfied with the company's response you
may file a complaint with the PUC.
