2) Please do not use this message board to post a complaint. If you have a complaint, please go to the consumer affairs section of this site and you will be instructed on various ways of filing a complaint with the PUC.

3) Minors using the PUC's message board should always be instructed to use caution when talking with strangers.

4) You should use wisdom in speaking with strangers online yourself. Avoid giving any stranger personal information over the internet including things like your phone number, address or e-mail address. Common sense should prevail when dealing with strangers

5) Many discussions, personal views or opinions expressed in this site will be moderated, but the PUC takes no legal responsibility for information posted. If inappropriate behaviour occurs even once, the user may be permanently removed from the site. The site is provided as a forum for sharing of ideas and information so long as rules are observed.
