ARRANGEMENT OF CODE

  1. Short title.
  2. Application.
  3. Penalty.
  1. These By-laws may be cited as the
    WATER INDUSTRY (PLUMBING) CODE.
  2. The By-laws contained in the Schedule hereto shall apply to the whole of Belize.
  3. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of any By-law shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months, and in the case of a continuing offence to an additional fine not exceeding fifty dollars for each day on which the offence continues after the conviction.
